- Supervise, monitor, inspect and evaluate project implementation.
- Review of material submittals, shop drawings, method statements and other submittals.
- Supervise and inspect all drainage, plumbing, fire fighting and HVAC works.
- Preparation of progress monitoring documents and reports (daily & weekly).
- Attesting mechanical and HVAC works as per specifications and approved material submittal.
- Witnessing the testing of all mechanical and HVAC systems like air leak test, gravity test, hydro test & flow test.
- Reporting to the Project Manager for workmanship quality deviations, material quality deviations through Field Observation Report & Non-Conformance reports.
- Attending weekly progress technical meeting with Project Manager, Engineers, Contractor and Client representatives.
- Pre-Commissioning and T & C of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
- Assist in administering safety programs at the site. Issue instruction as necessary to correct any safety violation.
