My responsibilities day to day reading structural and interior drawing . executiing all interior work like, false ceiling, marble flooring, plastering etc .
I frequently coordinated with architects, subcontractors, vendors, to ensure the design was executed accurately and on shedule.

• Manage and oversee comprehensive high-end interior finishing works, ensuring strict alignment
with approved architectural layouts and international construction standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections for all civil, architectural, and internal fit-out activities to detect
non-compliance early and eliminate costly rework.
• Supervise specialized subcontractors executing internal decorative elements, structural
transitions, and aesthetic finishes.
• Coordinate actively with clients and consultants to resolve onsite design conflicts, managing
expectations to ensure a seamless project handover. Saday

• Scope of Work: Premium Exterior & Interior Finishing Works
• Directed site execution for high-visibility commercial and educational projects, focusing on
complex exterior envelope installation, cladding, glazing, and waterproofing systems.
• Enforced strict material control protocols via Material Inspection Requests (MIR), verifying that
all inbound deliveries perfectly matched technical project specifications and approved
submittals.
• Maintained meticulous documentation pipelines, including Daily Progress Reports (DPR),
material logs, and site diaries to support transparent project tracking.
• Spearheaded internal quality audits that consistently achieved zero-defect benchmarks prior to
formal consultant walkthroughs.

Project: Client: Arihant Consultant: JSW Scope of Work: Heavy RCC Structural Works
• Supervised day-to-day reinforced cement concrete (RCC) works for a landmark 54-story
residential high-rise project.
• Managed core structural components, including the inspection of complex reinforcement
detailing, shuttering/formwork alignment, and large-scale concrete pouring operations.
• Raised and closed out Work Inspection Requests (WIR) with consultants to maintain
momentum on tight construction schedules.
• Collaborated closely with the safety and QA/QC teams to maintain a safe working environment
and strict structural integrity standards on site.
