I was responsible in project managing a global consumer profiling study outside the UK. This required a significant amount work that sometimes would go beyond the transactional project. This required me to learn advance data manipulation IT skills, at a minimum to include skills in Excel and then combine it with advance statistical software called choices to deliver insights. I demonstrated the capacity to learn new IT package skills and make use of advanced functionality in software packages, which enhanced my analytical and numerical skills, which I gained from learning on the job.
• I communicated clearly, both orally, in writing and via presentations making use of the full functionality of software packages such as Word and PowerPoint. Plan and deliver regular TGI training sessions and review meetings, ensuring clients have an optimal understanding of how to maximize their value from TGI as an effective means of support to their marketing, media sales and communications strategy.
•I built strong interpersonal relationships with data users and data reporters (i.e. banks and Media Agencies). Develop strong, mutually beneficial, long-term client relationships, negotiating contract renewals and identifying/closing new business opportunities.
• I developed the ability to identify problems with data and present possible resolutions to Providing a consultancy services to clients either by customized reports or through Data base subscription.
