▪ Reviews and checks the drawings and ensuring that all appropriate authorizations/signatures/stamps are included on drawings before issuance.
▪ Completes the most complex and difficult designs and layouts for complete systems and components of a project.
▪ Performs front-end layout and design of complex systems and equipment applicable to the respective discipline.
▪ Ensures compliance with required specifications, tolerances, safety factors, and client requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION
▪ Report to the Senior CAD/BIM modeler in charge and perform the tasks assigned
▪ Carry out technical AutoCAD and/or Revit operations in accordance with the company systems.
▪ Provide daily report of project status to Senior CAD/BIM modeler
▪ Notify Senior CAD/BIM modeler of any changes to the model or new updated models
▪ Fully coordinate models with other disciplines using Navisworks ensuring models have limited clashes

▪ All scope of works related to planning, designing of mechanical and electrical engineering works, project management etc.
▪ Participate in project BIM set-up, standards, and coordination process with subsequent upgrading of the organization’s BIM model with advancements in BIM technologies.
