Contributing in designing and implementing IT solutions for meeting organizational requirements and growing business needs by
implementing need based suitable technologies aligned with the business;
Identifying process improvement measures, optimizations and automations with overall accountability of people management, ensuring
resource growth plans and mentoring in various technical and functional areas;
Translating business processes and end-user requirements into functional system requirements that improved productivity and reduced
operating costs;
Liaising with Business Process Owners, gathering & analyzing product requirements & specifications and serving as primary technical
contact for the clients;
Providing support, coaching and mentoring to the team members to ensure that all objectives and commitments are fulfilled in line with
expectations, agreements and standards;
Monitoring and managing ongoing systems and services delivery to ensure the availability, reliability and responsiveness of all enterprise
mission critical applications;
Retrieving data from SAP and linked with all these applications and installing & configuring the applications with the accountability of
testing the applications and figure out the bugs;
