• Plan, Develop, Implement Manufacturing Strategy and analysis of forecast data’s.
• Manage, implement and control agreed company business plans, plant and individual KPIs and targets
• Responsible for plant financial related indicators, including inventory management, plant expenses, CAPEX optimization and ensure the Plant Budget is optimally utilized.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
• Collect and analyze data and ensure the Optimization on Wastes, Overtime & Inventory Levels.
• Commit to Plant safety procedures
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure an effective return on assets
• Ensure proper documentation of all plant related activities including quality records and SOPs.
• Maintain high standard of plant housekeeping, clean, safe & conducive work environment at all time
