Working as Project Manager, responsible for managing projects for Japan, Korea, Australia and New zeland for a global client. Predominantly involves common Project Management activities such as scheduling projects, drafting contingent plans, managing project communications, stake holders, weekly report submissions, ad hoc report submissions, managing various teams in the world including internal, customer and vendor teams, understanding their culture, working and adapt to their working culture, managing relation ships, working in their time zone, managing the risk that could evolve from time to time be it equipment delivery or resource resignation or could be anything to implement and deliver successful IT Infrastructure projects. Managing HR portion of the various project team involved across the globe and managing conflicts among team members, flexible with different kind of behaviors exhibited by each and every individual as the successful Project Delivery is the single minded and focused target. Managing the projects with varying scope even after SoW is agreed and making appropriate changes and agreeing again with client before the implementation.
