I managed the Business Development & Marketing department along with operations to organize business opportunities, marketing strategies and patient flow plans amongst the units around the Kingdom of Bahrain.
I was responsible for overall management of hospital operations including clinical and non-clinical operations. This included complete oversite over all aspects especially quality assurance, marketing, sales, patient flow, data analysis and implementation of all quality management & patient safety guidelines in line with NHRA, Bahrain accreditation standards.
