Responsible for configuring entire cloud platform devices like Firewall, Routers, Switches etc.
Responsible for advanced level configuration on routers in Managed Router Service.
Managed and implemented the provisioning orders and service tickets from the customer.
Managing and configuring Disaster recovery solution for partial and full fail over.
Execute Depth Level troubleshooting with Firewalls, IPS, Load balancers, Datacenter switches and ASR border routers.
● Implemented end-to-end network upgrades, executed network audits with remediation solutions, created automation processes with tools like Ubiqube, Python scripting etc.
● Responsible for connectivity within branches through VPN and providing internet and IP Telephony solution
with a total number of 12 offices implemented and connected to the main university campus and handle
remote branch VoIP and SIP connection.
● Designed an entire data-center network and developed HLD, LLD and operation control documents.
● Designed and managed Cisco and Extreme WLC in entire university campus.
● Installed different roles of Microsoft Servers 2003/2008 Platform (Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, File, and Printer Server, IIS, and terminal server /client) while performing documentation of known issues and status tracking.
● Administrated various Cisco routers, switches, ASA Firewalls, troubleshoot IP PBX including complete device erase and configuration rebuild, and used expertise in managing technical issues with advanced engineering and administration of network systems.
● Configured IP address and LAN/WAN connections and maintained routers for remote branch office VoIP connection.
● Supervised the administration of systems and servers related network to ensure high availability and implementation as needed.
● Performed all IT network related functions including network specifications, planning, installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting while coordinated all problems encountered with the vendor to meet data center requirements.
Scheduled daily Back-up of System state data and upgraded 50 nodes of the network as per requirement of higher management and handled and maintained smooth network connections and performance across all users.

● Management of VLAN & VPN and maintenance of Systems Hardware, integrated Voice Processing System with SMTP server.
● Documented known issues and status tracking to ensure proper policy settings for servers and client PCs were in place.
● Established network specifications by conferring with users and the management to identify organizational and technical needs by analyzing user workflow, access, information, and security requirements to authenticate connections.
