UNION Properties PJSC, UAE
Responsible as HR Business Partner for UNION Properties Group v.i.z., Master Developer, Developer (MOTORCITY), Facility Management (ServeU LLC), Total Interior Solutions (THE FITOUT), MEP Contracting (THERMO LLC), fully-integrated Multipurpose motorsport and entertainment facility (Dubai Autodrome), Union Malls (Uptown Mirdiff etc.), HVAC accessories manufacturing (GMAMCO), UPP Investments, Warehouse & Coldstores (Emirates Coldstores).

 Lead strategic HR projects for the Group, including transformation and managing human capital.
 Work closely with the Chairman's Office for constant review of HR Policy and Reward on adhoc projects and ensure continuos improvement.
 Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; information, analysis, and implementing robust HRMS system.
 Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, compensation, training and development, succession planning and employee relations.
 Ensure that all staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate learning and development programs with focus on Sales, tele-sales and Agency departments.

 Responsible for HR Operations for all businesses of the group in UAE - Real Estate developer, Contracting, Facility Management, Manufacturing, Joinery, Metal Glazing, Architectural Design and Education ventures.
 The Group went through turbulent times during the economic slow-down and recognizing my multi-tasking capabilities, the management entrusted me with additional responsibilities by managing additional portfolios including Administration, Public Relations and Government liaising.
 Served as key member for setting up operations for new venture of the group in the Education sector.
