Was involved in impact analysis of separation of CRM module from oracle apps and necessary changes have been suggested.
There are four modules involved in CRM application(Quoting, Teleservices, Service contracts, Installed Base & Configurator) and impact analysis had been done at onsite if any problem for CRM application if separated from oracle applications after separation
Retrofit analysis of components of oracle upgrade to R12 of several modules has been done and changes have been suggested accordingly for both the applications to run as it is with offshore team.
Components involved are reports and plsql, procedures, Interfaces.

Coordinating with Oracle Vendors in resolving Application issues.
