• Assist Centre in delivery of region training to new Primavera / MSP users.
• Plan, develop & deliver courses in a clear, practical and thorough manner.
• Prepares and organizes training resources for effective learning.
• Detect course contents and teaching techniques.
• Effectively use of plat-form skills including visual communication methods.
• Accomplish learning objectives within the scheduled time.

Job Responsibilities:
• Handling Branch Walk-in’s and service queries of Home loans and fixed deposits
• Handling the Tele-enquiries pertaining to the Home loans
• Co-ordination & co-operation with various departments for follow-up on the loan approval
• Preparing sales reports on weekly basis
• Handling Escalations calls & emails
• Driving the sales team for achieving the targets on a monthly basis
• Ensures branch operational activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide leadership, training and limited supervision within the branch.
• Promote business of the Company by maintaining customer relations and referring customers to appropriate personnel for new services.
