Responsible for all staff-related issues and demonstrate desired behavior include creating schedules, promoting teamwork, maintaining discipline, motivating and inspiring team to achieve store productivity. Ensure determining the needs of customers by taking to them and then showing them a range of suitable electronics products, specialty in Cameras, Mobiles Phones, Smart phone, mp3’s, IPod’s, & games, IT laptops led TV &their accessories. • Maximize sales by implementing and monitoring sales assistants client books and sales ability.

• Develop strong product knowledge, provide regular product knowledge and sales training to team
• Conducting a weekly staff meeting for discussing store and staff KPI’s and sales performance by store
• Review sales statistics and actions to determine how to better utilize time, plan growth more effectively
• Arranging the stocks from warehouse and companies and sending material requisition to the purchase.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Payment transaction quickly and accurately.
• Attend as required and always contribute to regular line management and team meetings.
• Well knowledgeable about SAP reports (checking store stock list, stock in transit, sales figures, investigating negative sku, stock adjustment, price difference, etc.)
• Good communication skills with the ability and credibility to build strong relationships and to operate all level are essential..
• Provide consistent and accurate feedback to buying team with regards to merchandise selection, missed opportunities and other opportunities to grow the business.
• Interacting with customers from different nationalities on a personal level providing Exemplary customer service, making daily sales reports.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
