Attends pre-flight briefings, carries out safety checks onboard the aircraft, welcomes passengers, and provides safety information. Sells duty-free goods and provides first aid if necessary. During emergencies, comfort passengers and ensure that they follow safety procedures.
Lead and manage a team of six core members responsible for sampling. Organize and coordinate sampling and sponsored events. Manage all reports related to sampling and events. Coordinate with product managers and the marketing team to develop sales promotions.
Includes public relations, ticketing, and sales. Monitor reservation schedules, and manage changes to original reservations, exchanges, and refunds. I handle incoming calls, provide satisfactory replies to customer inquiries and complaints, and offer support to customers who have already made a travel purchase by confirming, changing, or canceling reservations.
