Duties and Responsibilities
• Business growth and development
• Relationship management and customer experience-engaging and supporting customers to meet the needs, building customers loyalty, customers satisfaction, TAT management
• Branch operations- availability of required infrastructure, CBK guideline adherence, regulatory requirements, AML, CFT, CPF and KYC adherence, high risk client and PEP classifications
• Leadership and people management-stafs career growth, appraisals, leaves management, adherence to dress code, code of conduct, couching and training, morning huddles and weekly performance progress review
