• Perform data entry transaction in various Human resources systems like PeopleSoft, Oracle, WQM
• Audit data entry for accuracy and make needed corrections when required
• Compensation & Reward administration, including salary admin
• Assist employees and third parties on their queries and complaints within the agreed TAT
• Providing floor support for new joiners on operational on operation procedure & policies and process related queries
• Support any special process requirements to meet client requests
• Participate in cross trainings across business functions and perform those additional responsibilities when capacity allows
• Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems
