* Troubleshoot HVHF electron beam accelerators
* Design and Install HT and LT systems including transformer, RMU and panels for new projects and extension.
* Commissioning and maintenance of AC & DC dives for various applications.( Eurotherm, Parker, ABB, Yaskawa)
* Provide technical assistance in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical equipments
* Modify electrical parts and systems a part of product development requirement and for increasing the efficiency of plant.
* Install and maintain solid state equipments and electrical control systems.
* Implementation of 5S in the total Factory and sustain the ISO standards in all divisions by auditing and assisting MR .
* Preparation of necessary documentation and civil arrangements for FDA approval.
* Work together with other engineers and individuals to solve and define the developmental and practical problems.
*Certified ( Govt of India) operator/ maintenance Engg. for Gamma and Electron beam facility. Undergone training from China about E-beam accelerators.
1) Looking into Repair and Maintenance all Refrigeration units.
2) Design of Electrical panel Boards and related fittings.
3) Maintaining Quality control as per ISO certified norms and safety as per standards.
4) Inspection and monitoring temperature related issues and reporting to immediate in-charge.
5) Maintaining appropriate Illumination Inside the stores as per standards.
Annamalai University is a NAAC Accredited university.
I have completed my B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engg. from Kannur University (2006-2010) ,with First class (66.3) I have secured 1st in project presentation at Ojas 2008 held at Vimal Jyothi Engg. College, Chemberi, Kannur.
