Responsible for developing a detailed customer account development plan for the Oil & Gas Sector, Utilizing our significant personal contacts and also be responsible for introducing the account team and senior management to the relevant individuals within the ADNOC Group of Companies with the objective of raising the profile of FOSS and positioning the company to win multi million AED projects, either as a main systems integrator contractor or, as a sub-contractor to the Engineering -Procurement Installation & Commissioning (EPIC) contractor community that operates Within the Oil & Gas Sector.
Engineering and designing all the Telecommunication Packages of all projects, including:
oPDH Network, Voice Wire &wirless, Data Communication Systems and Infrastructure of LAN and WAN.
Providing Technical Specifications, Scope of Work, FAT Procedures, and Commissioning Procedures,
Plane for cost effective IT and Telecommunication services for current and long-term use.
Manage projects associated with installation and expansion of IT and Telecommunication facilities.
Formulating the company’s short and long-term plans in line with the general policy and objectives to ensure timely provision of efficient and reliable services for smooth and safe operations.
Prepare feasibility studies, scope of work for new projects, telecom standards and specifications for telecom services and medium size projects to ensure provision of high standards of service.
Assist all business units in defining their IT and telecom services requirements. Consolidate the same to bring out optimum use of resources, efficient services and cost effective configuration.
Identify and promote the introduction of high technology and advanced applications especially in the area of data and voice communications integration in order to enhance the service and optimize the network resources utilization.
Assists in defining and solving complex problems across the company’s network and monitors network performance.
Participates in the testing and acceptance of IT and Telecom projects and ensures compatible equipment and compliance with relevant technical specifications and users requirements.
Create and review Service level Agreements with all service providers such as Etisalat and Singapore Telecom. Monitor and maintain SLA to ensure reliable services.
1.Design / complete New Borouge HQ infrastructure for data / voice and computer / server Room. 2.Lead IT Team to complete with success the shifting project of Borouge HQ from old building to new complex without interruption or down time of voice and with minimum down time of data Links. 3.Install & commission NEAX - 2400IP “IP telephone exchange”. During the shifting project. 4.Migrate & upgrade Callxpress - Voice mail system and call logging servers during the shifting project.
Maintenance, Installation and Field commissioning of Tele-control Equipment (SCADA System) and Peripheral units.
Preparing P.M. Schedules, and operating / Capital Budget for spare parts.
Coordinate with others for Major telecommunications Projects.
Software/Hardware Development for Siemens, Alstom, Philips, Digital Computers PDP 11 and VAX 11/750.
Repair the ON STREAM Analyzers and Supervise the Maintenance, Installation and Field Commissioning of the instruments (i.e. Control Valve, Level, and Temp. Flow, Pressure transmitters, electronic equipment, and laboratory equipment).
Carries out the planning, supervising, design, installation / commissioning and Trouble shooting of the full range of communication systems: Point to point multi-channel Radio Equipment (H.F./VHF/UHF / General electric), PABX Networks, office Telephones (structure cabling Data/Voice, Patch Panel, Server, HUB, Router) Telecom Power supplies (UPS).

Responsible for Defining Specifications and supervising installation of structured wiring for LAN and End user communication devices, Backbone cable network fiber optic and cupper.
