• Ensure smooth running of Warehouse process & execution; this includes staffing, scheduling, training, monitoring efficiencies and accomplishment of tasks.
• Oversee and participate in all shipping functions.

• Assessing and training team in various aspects of business to improve their efficiency.
• Determine resource requirements based on the volume to successfully achieve daily, weekly and monthly demand.
• Analyze & forecast future logistics requirements based on business growth.
• Oversee and verify compliance with policies & procedures and any regulatory operating requirements to include Internal Audit, Health dept. and fire safety measures.
• Prepare annual budget requirements. Anticipate and request funding for future material handling equipment requirements.
• Run & update daily, weekly and monthly reports required for analysis by top management.
