Advise and assist Vice President on technical issues related to reforming overall administration of the Bank, ensuring provision of state of the art management services to all IsDB units in the Head Office and field offices and formulation of work plans and monitoring of KPIs.

Advisory and Technical Support
1. Provide advisory support on technical issues to Vice President on matters governing Administrative Affairs, Human Resources, Information Technology and employees’ health
2. Provide support in formulation and implementation of IsDB’s strategy related to Administrative Affairs, Human Resources and IT
3. Support Vice President in promoting awareness on the strategy of the bank in relation to Admin, HR and IT
4. Coordinate with Strategy and Transformation unit to propose budget for Administration complex in line with strategy for the complex
5. Coordinate development of Knowledge Management and institutional Learning unit in areas related to the Complex, including the development of best practices related to the functions
6. Coordinate completion of templates, provisioning of input into the 3-year rolling plan and monitoring of the plan throughout the year
7. Prepare response on the key issues raised to Vice President based on inputs of the various departments
8. Prepare reports as and when requested by Vice President; coordinate with other Complexes/Departments to gather necessary information
9. Provide advisory support in monitoring budget for Administration Complex to ensure efficient use and distribution of resources
10. Support Vice President in external forums or events
11. Support in monitoring of Administration Complex KPIs

1. Preparing a proposal for strategic plan of VP-Administration Office that covers Office communication strategy, Monitoring and evaluation strategy for ongoing activities, and strategic projects/initiatives of the Administration Departments (HRMD, ASD, IMDT, and HSC).

9. Improving productivity and efficiency of the executive information system to ensure that all business requirements of the VP office are met
10. Developing and maintaining a documentation management and follow-up systems for important assignments and managing meeting
