I worked for Fransi Capital as Broker and relationships officer in Local Share Department since 24 July 2006.
Main Responsibilities are:
Execute customers’ order (selling or buying shares).
Selling the SFC products- funds.
Responsible of clients’ portfolio.
Process the money transfer, shares transfer, and monitoring their portfolios.
Maintain the relationships between client’s and Fransi Capital.
Call clients and visit them.
Handle the clients’ complains and solve them.
Advises the customer with the latest Tadawul polices and consultations in investment portfolios.
Assured that customers’ needs are being satisfied with our services.

Currently assigned with the customer services unit in Banque Saudi Fransi. My main duties are:
Assist and Guide customers through the bank polices and instruction
Do some internal auditing and try to developing the bank services
Attracting new customers.
Responsible for keeping our Current customers and sever them
Facilitating customer processes
Present and share with the customers the bank latest products
Initiate Customers’ online requests.
Receive and analyze Customers complains and Report them the unit Head

Fransi Capital Eastern Province unit was serving more than 10, 000 circulating clients per week

ALSAFA Dispensary consists of 7 clinics in addition to the Operational Management Staff. The total Number of ALSAFA Dispensary staff is 137. The Dispensary is serving more than 70, 000 patient and visitor per year. Also, there are 45 insurance company signed contracts with the dispensary to serve their clients.

I worked for Al-Safa Dispensary as Purchasing Manager.
I was responsible for overall management of buying all kind of materials from the Kingdom and Out of the Kingdom.
I coordinate transportation processes.
I was managing the materials received and put them in a store and then distributed among Departments.
I was responsible to keep the relationship between the Clinic and their customers or suppliers to have low rat and high quality and good income.

Al-Zamel Steel Factory is one of the biggest factories in KSA. It has many product like building, galvanizing, and tower for electricity.

I worked for AI-Zamel Steel Factory at tower factory in Dammam, Saudi Arabia,
In the administration department. I was assigned with the Information Technology Department along with the Finance Department.
Worked as General coordinator dealing with more than 150 employees' administrative tasks as well as management staff.
I was in charge of Time keeping system.
