Verify inspection activities using previously agreed criteria.
Providing quality assurance and control mechanisms for Asphalt, concrete producers,
and in-situ soil, concrete, and asphalt testing.
Coordinate with a surveyor to finalize the benchmark survey setting out prior to the
start of construction.
To monitor the ongoing Civil activities by implementing the Project Quality Controls
Plans and Procedures in accordance with the Company QC procedures, international
standards, and specific contract requirements.
Provide QA services in all facets of the Company's Supplier Qualification and Material
and Equipment acquisition.
Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of work to avoid any type of
incidents and or accident
Roles and responsibilities: Coordinating with the client and attending inspection activities. Review and approval for proposed design mix according to specification for various types of asphalt and concrete mix. Review and approved the sub-contractor documents QCP, ITP. Monitoring and witness placement, compaction, sampling, testing, Crushing, and reviewing test results to ensure compliance. Confirm periodical calibration of testing for field equipment, laboratory, and batching plant. Review detailed Engineering drawings, scope of work, specifications, and contract documents And follow Quality Control Manuals, QA/QC procedures, and Inspection and Test Plans for sub-contractor during construction. Monitoring and ensuring the Notification of Inspection generated by the Subcontractor for inspections as per approved ITP. Monitoring and ensuring the civil activities are performed according to Project requirements and prepared as per the approved procedure. Review and ensure material and test report of sub-contractor before starting the work. Ensuring the implementation of QA/QC policy, procedures, and work undertaken by the sub-contractor in accordance with the specification and contract. Well-versed in the development of the Quality Management System and the integration of ISO 9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001. Frequent coordination and assistance with other disciplines for inspection, acceptance, and handover.
