Managing all aspects of the Design department, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of design documentation, while adhering to standards and market trends and innovate ways on improving the status quo.
Creating space plans, conceptualizations, design documentations, 2d/3d visualizations, approval drawings, shop drawings… etc., and reviewing of the same by in-house designers before being handed over for the next steps in the fit out life cycle. Perform a crucial role at design documentation stage with in depth knowledge in technical design, detailing and material properties.
Recruiting and mentoring the right staff for the department and incharge of researching, procuring and upgrading department pc hardware systems and equipment.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants & other related personnel in order to achieve the best project outcome.
Actively monitoring the fit out process at sites and workshops in order to improve project quality and minimize reworks.
Act as Project coordinator / single point of contact for certain reputable projects such as the Turnkey project for Arabian Radio Networks in Dubai Media City, which comprised of several live radio station setup and corporate office.
