termination of contract or resignation cases
▪ Forwarding labour card/residence visa cancellation to the employees
▪ Preparing Experience or Service Letter, Loan letter, Recommendation
letter and Salary Transfer Letter
▪ Receives and uploads employee warning letter to employee file
▪ Prepares the employee transfers or issuing temp ID
▪ Coordinates with the Hiring manager for contract extension for Temp and
Intern Positions
▪ Other Administrative Tasks such as updating trackers and replenishment
