• Project: Technical lead on the migration of services from SAP IOT platform to SAG-cumulocity
• Solution designing, integration and testing based on the customer requirements.

Additionally, developed a High availability process which can monitor, detect a process failure and start the failed process on alternative server.
• Development of logic and shell scripts to actively monitor alarms and generate agreed reports in MySQL and Linux.
• Platform integration with SNMP based monitoring tools.
• Oversee device installation Cycle. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues. Communicate issues to L3, follow ups and implement the guide lines provided by L3.
• Oversee the ticket generation process with CRM.
• Provide feedback regarding the services to L3. Traffic trend and active communications with support and customer teams to avoid issues.

I am working under national internship Program and was attached to PTCL for 8 months. I have the responsibility to maintain the radio link in Rawalpindi Transmission Region with a team of engineers and technicians.
the main role of the job is to recover faults and keep the link alive 24 hours a day.
My responsible was to provide IT support to different kind of departments.
Masters program is in progress I currently have a CGPA of 3.0
I secured a CGPA of 2.5 out of 4. I have done internships in "Medequips" and "NCR" two months each. I have participated in "Nascon" a national IT exhibition which is held by our university.
