Adroitly handled the massively increasing challenges straight from grass root level to mitigation level by coordinating proper

guidance.
→ Coordinated with the quality team and developed risk function by creating the layout and gathering all unorganized documents
and risk policies and uploading the same on QMS; led to the proper tracking of risk and assurance and got appointed as an

Risk & Assurance Coordinator
• Oversee the entire aspects of risk management right from analyzing the weekly proposal status reports, coordinating RRC and
risk reviews and compiling and distributing documentation of every Gate to GRC; authenticate compliance check through
evidence and tracking activities of all post RRC functions and risk mitigation, issue reports, etc.
• Competent in operating PERMS, and in-house software for managing, tracking and recording the total administrative functions.
• Excel in handling the Action Tracker software to streamline the tracking process; track the assurance and critical actions, deliver
reports to teams, prepare key documentation for OpCom and other internal meetings using the same.
• Look after the financial aspects by accumulating running costs from the assurance department for monthly review, which
includes recruits, travel expenses and purchases.
• Undertake administrative rights for the ELD software; create project database, train teams and respond to technical inquiries.
• Resourceful in updating the E&C DOA (Delegation of Authority) as per the Group DOA and make changes as required; update
the same on QMS and distribute accordingly.
• Deliver consistent administrative support for calendar management, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining
petty cash, filing system, travel and hotel booking, handling inventories, etc.
• Meticulously screen the incoming correspondence and reports, prepare MoM on notes taken, proofreading, filling the weekly
timesheet, sick/annual leaves, presentation preparation, etc.; coordinate for material, team appraisal and group travel and
create reports as per requirement.
