Conduct ‘Training Needs’ analysis and prepares an Annual Training Plan and budget accordingly
Prepare six month plans and monthly training plan and communicate with all departments.
Conduct off job training sessions as necessary, particularly in the areas of customer service and
quality.
Pro-actively shape a service-oriented culture within the operation by measuring and monitoring
guest feedback and establishing effective means of communicating this to the management and staff.
Assist in the selection of Departmental Trainers, then trains and develops them through on going
workshops and monthly meetings.
Ensure relevant departments have up to date service standards and procedures manuals and guides
and coaches in the production of the same.
Develops managerial training
Embark knowledge, skill and attitude base of the Employees.
Manage tracking and measurement systems for training programs.
Monitor and supervises all relevant training activities within the hotel operation with due regard to
execution and maintenance of our operational policies and standards, international and domestic.
Responsible for creating, adding and updating of the requisite technical training manuals and tools
per field, in collaboration with in house specialists and ACCOR.
Is familiar with training guidelines and Human Resources policy issued by the head office and ensures
that they are applied accordingly.
Evaluate customer needs from feedback of the guest questionnaires and compiles relevant measures
for correction and improvement.
Update course/ training requirements and develops and establishes course training control
instruments.
Establish monthly reports as according to Hotel’s/regional office requirements.
Maintain monthly overview of course breakdown and attendance.
