Key Responsibilities:
A. To handle and nurture major sales account of all main contractors based in Oman
B. To Develop and handle Distributors throughout Sultanate of Oman
C. To provide technical presentation and hands on training for BASF customers inside and outside our facilities.
D. To ensure company target through indirect sales and direct accounts are met.
E. Responsible for handling 18 indirect outlets of BASF distributors throughout the country.
F. Responsible to conduct periodical review and strategy meeting.
A. To assist the flooring department to maintain and develop the pool of approved applicator thereby ensuring the target sale through the applicators are met.
B. To provide technical presentation and hands on training for applicators inside and outside our facilities.
C. To work back to back with the applicators and clients to ensure Laticrete product are well specified and used as recommended.
D. To deliver and establish Laticrete product ranges to new applicators.
E. Responsible for the development of Polyaspartic coating - Spartacote for the region.
F. To work with applicators during the costing and estimation with Laticrete range of product
a. Analyses and plans various proposals for the client
requirement.
b. Endeavors to build healthy bonds with clients.
c. Visit the sites for primary inspection and proposals.
d. To submit and Follow up for all the contracts related
issues
e. To attend all the client contractor meeting to explain
and negotiate on the sub contractor issues
f. Understands the company’s reputation and ensures to
retain that image by continually enhancing
the organisation’s performance.
