I am managing now the MEP construction of a new Tier3 data center for Riyad Bank. This will be a primary data center with UPtime certification for constructed facility.
Responsible for project design in construction of bank branches and ATMs as well as preparation of electrical network & communication networks design drawings, project specifications, estimates contract documents budgets. Design Development of Data Centers. Vendor management planning, development and implementation of infrastructure, disaster recovery, business contingency projects.
Supervision of projects, monitoring of the project progress, review of shop drawings, materiel submittals, monitoring of the project cost and control. Preparation of progress reports, recommendations and project payment etc. Coordination between client and contractors to achieve acceptable results.
Working since July 1996 as consultant representative responsible for Riyad Bank projects.
Design of multi level office buildings, preparation of project design, drawings, specification and Bill of Quantities. Supervision of projects including review of shop drawings, material submittals. Preparation of project progress reports financial statements to the clients’ etc.
Responsible for project development at the company Head Office in Riyadh executing projects planning, tender evaluation, maintenance planning, processing of new products for marketing purposes.Electrical engineer for Al Sharq Office Co. (Maintenance division). Stationed in Ministry of finance & National Economy Head Office Building in Riyadh.
Responsible for design and setting up of the manufacturing plant as per client specification and process requirement including setting up of the plant and machinery used in PCB manufacturing process, power supply generator sets, air conditioning systems water treatment plant. In charge for operation maintenance of the plant machinery after start of production.
Cost Center Head for image transfer and electrochemical division and responsible for output, quality control and material planning to achieve ISO9000 certification of the company.
Worked as electrical contractor for commercial and industrial buildings electrical works in India.
Designed and executed electrification installation and commissioning of the equipment for factory manufacturing electronic equipment. The factory was provided with MV power supply, generator sets package air conditioners. Effluent treatment plant, water treatment plant etc.
Executed electrification of the small-scale industrial units in industrial estates.
The job involved is
Dealing with project consultants for preparation of shop drawings.
Liaison with government authorities for the approval of the installed kWh services following up for the formalities to be completed to obtain designed power approval etc.
Planning and implementation of the site works with support staff.
Progress monitoring and suggesting remedial measures to higher authorities for speedy and timely implementation of the work.
Evaluating and procuring electrical equipment materials, other consumables etc.
Liaison with the consultants and owner for the commissioning and handing over of the projects.
Design of industrial plant in the manufacture of the Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and electrochemical plant
Supervision and installation of plant and equipment and responsible for operation and maintenance of the plant.
Possess good knowledge of project design, and design and installation of medium tension and low-tension power switchgears, primary and secondary distribution systems, DG set Steam turbine generators. Lubricated and non-lubricated type air compressors, packaged air conditioners centrifugal and reciprocation chiller systems. Clean room and computer room facilities, automated chemical process lines controlled by PLC systems, DC drives CNC machines, IR & UV treatment machines, CNC machines etc.
