2) Quantity Take off and interpret changes from IFT Vs IFC Drawings and IFB to IFC Documents.
3) Variation analysis, recommendations, management, Preparation and submitting, agreeing variations.
4) Maintain logs for Variations & Claims, Attending Variation review meetings and site progress meetings
5) Finalizing contract, adjustments, including; Provisional and Prime cost sums, Prime cost rates, Provisional quantities and Remeasured items etc.
6) Preparation all types of construction claims and attending to commercial review meeting, negotiations and agreeing with client and consultant.
7) Inquiries and price comparisons related to finalization of sub contractors and suppliers.

* Worked in Variation Dept responsibilities like detailed study of Contract Documents, Arrange internal meeting with related dept, prepare documents, find out Variations, and prepare MOM.
* Submit Initiation Letter and Costing with proper back up of Variation Order under FIDIC Clouse to client. Submit Cost after acceptance from client in monthly Bills.
* Prepare work order and Invoice for Release Payment to Subcontractor.
* Checking and certifying Subcontractor Variation Order.
* Prepare and maintain Log sheet like Variation Order, Subcontractor Contract cost Vs Actual Cost, BG Status, Payment Status of Client and Sub contractor including claim Vs certification.
* Worked in Cost Control Dept. responsibility like Cost tracking and analysis for direct work - Budget Vs Actual work done and Cost Tracking of Materials, Labour, Services.
* Direct work Material recording in ERP System
* Completes site inspections on a regular basis, reviewing progress and possible variations.
* Any other work assigned by HQ and PM.
* Carried out detailed study of contract and construction drawings.
* Detailed Study of BOQ, Specifications, and Method of Measurements.
* Instrumental in Quantity take off as per POMI of all contract and construction drawing of the projects.
* Prepare correspondences between BOQ & Drawings.
* Re-measure and submit Quantities as per BOQ for final Invoice.
