Administer pre-employment assessments or tests to evaluate candidates.

Work on the guidelines for the promotion based on grades and education, provide requirements to be shared with the employees for their promotion. Manage Pupa medical insurance policies, invoices, and add more hospitals. Full recruitment process for both internal & external positions (gathering requirements, analyzing the JD, creating the position in the system, building the questionnaire, sourcing and shortlisting the candidates, conducting interviews, and obtaining management approvals)
Uploading the WPS files of the monthly wages in the Mudad platform. Expatriates Onboarding: Full knowledge of the Non-Saudi process such as (Work visa, attested the contract by Chamber of commerce and MOFA ets). HR Operations: Termination and end of service calculate, International Mobility Guidelines, Salary increment guidelines, Nomination and Remunerations Report, Vacations Balance Report, Training Needs Analysis. MenaItech System : addition and deletion employees, Update the daily attendance, Salary Certificates, Salary increment, CEO's Vacations Request.
• Entering Data using SAP system to work on different HR process.
• increasing the forecasting skill after working on employees promotions and retirements.
• exploring the weaknesses of employees and registering them in the appropriate courses to increase their development skill.
• Responsible for “Waiting for certification Report” by sending an email every day with updated names for all team.
• Supported efforts to optimize employee engagement, diversity and inclusion to enhance performance management.
