 Shareholders Department
- Handle all issues related to Shareholder Affairs Department including:
- Monitor the implementation of rules and regulations of Public Shareholding Companies as per:
- Ministry of Industry and Trade (Companies Control Department)
- Securities Depository Center
- Amman Stock Exchange
- Jordan Commissions Securities (Companies Governance) and make sure BOD, management and all departments apply accordingly.
- Managing shareholders’ transactions and information according to SDC system.
- Maintaining high shareholder satisfaction.
- Prepare reports, circulars and reminders in case of new rules and / or violations and suggest solutions
- Prepare daily, monthly, yearly reports
- preparing of Annual Report
- Handle all issues and arrangements related to General Assembly Meeting
- Other duties as assigned
- Dividends distribution.

 Corporate Communication and Public Relations Department :
- Assist in planning and carrying out of corporate events.
- Keep track of advertisers.
- Write press releases, local, national and international publications
- Handle enquiries from a range of local and national media
- Responsible for Internal corporate branding
- Establishing and maintaining extensive positive cooperative relationships with the media.
- Carry out program logistics including procurement of supplies.
- Managing hotel accommodations, transportation, Visa, tickets for the Board of Directors members and Bank staff.
- Allocating, distributing and monitoring the budget for the Corporate Social Responsibility budget.
