Supporting the Commercial Team projects. Tracking the value measurement, Budget, and the forecast. Participate in sales portfolio meeting, taking Notes & preparing presentation for the upcoming projects. Prepare sales report and updates on a weekly basis to have an overview of sales performance, target, and potential area of improvement. Manage all the mattes related to marketing executed under Cargill guideline. Support in developing and executing sales strategies to meet sales target and business performance. Working on PBI & PPM Systems, following up on projects, tracking and creating a new project related to the commercial team. Working on SAP System, issuing and creating POS, tracking the invoices and budget. Schedule and Coordinate meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements. Handle moderately complex administrative, technical and customer support issues.
