Linux System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, secure and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
As linux system admin at CASHU, My responsibilities are:
1-Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings,
storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
2. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
3. Contribute to and maintain system standards.
4. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware,
server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and
verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
5. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
6. Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are
successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and
media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
7. Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
8. Provide support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot
issues.
9. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with
impacted constituencies.
Implementation of a Smartphone botnet
Design and Implement a Smartphone Botnet for collecting private information from smartphone. All data transfer between infected smartphone and botmaster server transfer in silent way to prevent anyone to notice this transfer . The aim of this project to study one of the security attacks on Smartphone (Botnet Attack) and show the large of sensitive information can be collected from infected smartphones which this help to develop a detection technique for mobile botnet.
Image Steganography Mobile Application
This mobile App used to hiding messages or information into image that no one, apart from the sender and intended recipient, suspects the existence of the message. This App use to exchange secure data between sender and receiver.
