• Responsible for the development of Move One’s agency agreement with United Parcel Service and UPS-Supply Chain Solutions in Iraq and Afghanistan. The parcel contract included branding rights, and was a new product category for Move One. This was the company’s initial venture into the courier logistics arena and my program efforts and results were directly reported to the Move One board of directors
• Oversaw P/L growth for all UPS products in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia, Macedonia and Kosovo.
• Established 9 UPS Express Centers from the ground up throughout in Iraq and Afghanistan in both civilian and military locations, and built an efficient ground feed network to support them
• Facilitated the integration of UPS policies and procedures within Move One’s organization. This included operations, IT, HR, and business development.
• Designed and implemented marketing and sales strategy which lead to a 100% year on year growth by the second year of the program. (240% YoY in Iraq alone)
• Directly oversaw the initial staffing of the UPS business unit and oversaw a staff of over 50 within the program

• After a my success in Kuwait I was tasked with starting an office in Abu Dhabi as part of Move One Relocations aggressive growth plan for the GCC.
• Established the Abu Dhabi office from the ground up. This included securing a local partner and establishing an LLC along with initial office start up and staffing.
• Indentified key targets in the market and aggressively pursued their business.
• Built revenue to over $500k in first year, went from 0 customers to hundreds and doubled growth by the second year.
• Responsible for overall growth and profit/loss of the office.

• Within 2 months of taking the roll, instituted a restructuring plan which resulted in a cost savings of $200 K per year, as well as an increase in efficiency in operations.
• . Due to decreased cargo volumes with the Iraq troop drawdown, I spearheaded an expansion into the HHG industry the creation of a relocation Division in Kuwait, which was an underserved market and delivered significant growth
• Managed a mulit-module project involving the demobilization of 300+ pieces of heavy machinery out of Iraq.
• Responsible for overall growth and profit/loss of the office.

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Household goods moving dept
• Managing key accounts such as U.S. Embassy, USAID, KBR, Dyncorp, etc.

• Managed cargo/flight operations on U.S. Air force bases in support of various projects.
• Liaised with U.S. DOD and NATO personnel to obtain requisite documentation for duty exemption of cargo at Kabul Airport.
