• Completed multiple swimming pools of various types and sizes as well as many different water features for private home owners as well as major contractors.
• Completed several Olympic sized swimming pools for UAE Command of Military works.
• Completed many leakage repairing and renovation jobs for different types of swimming pools.

• Working with multiple sub contractors and the owner and consultant to finish the work and project on time.
• Manage timesheets and assist with setting up labor schedules.
• Oversee various municipality and consultant checks including but not limited to cube testing, block and steel testing, material approvals etc.
• Perform various finishing checks like waterproofing, tile fixture, light fixtures, clearing up snag list objections and performing final hand over checks.
• Perform follow up checks with the consultants regarding additions and changes made by the owner.
• Procure and arrange for various services and materials to be on job site on time including but not limited to blocks, Jcb’s, boom loaders and mobile cranes, black and white sand, cement, etc.
