Employed at Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Ltd, I joined as a Management Trainee and underwent a structured KOT program which gave me a comprehensive overview of various functions within the organization. Currently I am working as a Finance Specialist, looking after Business planning and financial reporting. My role serves pivotal importance in providing insight onto territory operational finance. In addition I provide support to commercial and supply chain teams in terms of analyzing operating cost and finding better ways for profitable selling. As a specialist, I provide critical support to all functions for the development of Annual Business Plan.
BUSINESS PLANNING
Coordination with all departments for budgetary planning
Sensitivity analysis
Preparing rolling estimates (Planning & Forecasting Monthly Financials) by coordinating with supply Chain & commercial departments.
Supporting other functions to trace, analyze & reduce their costs.
REPORTING
Presentation of financials in monthly finance with territories and top management.
Analysis of general ledgers and management of provisions for monthly reporting.
Price, mix and volume variance Analysis along with identification and reasoning for major expense variance.
Preparation of Reports for parent company, Coca Cola Icecek, Turkey
COMMERCIAL FINANCE
Preparing SKU and Brand wise profitability for analysis.
Prepare SKU and Brand wise detail of DME for commercial team to maintain control on monthly budget.
Daily net sales revenue report and sharing it with the commercial team and making them understand the importance of contribution margin.
Preparing distributor-wise, outlet-wise, key-Account Wise, route-wise Profit and Loss Statements to aid commercial department diverting their attention to profitable customers.
Provisioning for DME and preparing Brand and SKU wise reports for commercial to track their expenses
AUDIT
Market audit for discount and cooler verification.
Maintain provision backups and support working for internal and external auditors
