• Job responsibilities
• Handle Incoming Phone Calls
• Receives customers and collects the documents required for applications
• Filing and following up of customer requests and complaints
• Resolve standard customers requests
• Communicates customer inquiries/messages/feedback to the direct manager
• Marketing for bank product's and service's through direct and cross selling
• Developing relationship with customers and ensuring that customers profiles are updated (KYC).
• Attends to walk-in customers and answer all emails
• Supports other positions when needed
