It was a recruitment agency where i worked as an intern for 2 weeks in the beginning of my final semester.
At this job i learnt the way to sort and look for candidates for different positions based on the job description and the organisation. And coordinating their requirements along with the convenience of the sort listed candidates, to further filter them to find suitable matches.
AIESEC is an international non-governmental not-for-profit student organization that provides young people with leadership development and cross-cultural global internship and volunteer exchange experiences across the globe, with a focus to empower young people so they can make a positive impact on society.
I was the OutGoing Exchange program officer for knowledge village. My duty was to promote the internship programmes, talk and interview the interested students, and co-ordinate with the AIESEC office members to help organise this trip for the students, and provide the interested students with required information.
I did my schooling and bachelors in Dubai, and have just recently moved to India. Though out my academic years, i have actively been holding some sort of management roles, plus I'm great at interacting with people. Which is why i thought HRM would be a suitable stream for me. I am a fresh graduate with less experience, but I'm willing to learn, adapt and be moulded as required by the job.
