• Performs employee onboarding to include data entry into the HR Information system and new employee orientation. Ensures data entered is complete and accurate and employees have a thorough understanding of Company policies and procedures, including the information included in the employee handbook.
• Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new information or changes in employment status.
• Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Resolves employee personnel inquiries and submits necessary inputs, changes, additions and deletions into the HR Information System. Reports unusual or unresolved problems to HR Manager for further action.
• Maintains records of health insurance coverage and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and other related personnel and payroll issues.
• Reconcile payroll records with approved timecards
• Processes leave of action in the Company’s timekeeping system and Provide guidance to employees on company HR policies and procedures
• Communicate with managers to resolve issues with payroll, and employee queries
• Supporting and arranging people initiatives, including team events and activities and training
•Manage the full recruitment cycle including, recruitment requisition, job posting, shortlisting, screening candidates, organising interviews with hiring managers and processing offers
•Lead on the development of their online and social media presence in line with attracting talent and creating talent pool
•Maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the development, implementation, coordination and ongoing delivery of recruitment and selection activities
•Prescreen and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, attitude and cultural fit
•Maintain positive and customer-oriented candidate experience for all the candidates throughout their candidate journey regardless of their position
•Conduct and Oversee the on-boarding and induction process of new hires to ensure the required orientation programs are provided as required and in a timely manner
•Conduct Exit Interviews for the Resigned and Terminated Employees
•Partner with the stakeholders to provide insights and expertise on sourcing for talent and suggest creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
