Job Function.
● Commissioning Engineer for EPC (Oil & Gas) projects for Automation & Drive products & Electrical Equipments including HV/LV Switchgears, Power Transformers, VFDs, PLCs .
● Installation and commissioning of Electrical Drives & Motor Controls ranging from LV Drives to Medium Voltage drives up to 33KV with capacities up to 15MW for various projects mainly in Oil & Gas and mining Projects.
● To effectively satisfy the customer's needs for Preventative Maintenance (PM), any updates/upgrades, corrective service, installations and/or workshop repairs in accordance with business contractual obligations.
● Comply with all Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies, service escalation procedures and that all customer requests, complaints and comments communicated to the jobholder are passed to the relevant department for action.
●Performing detailed evaluations, complex fault finding inspections, and maintenance procedures on Siemensʹ proprietary Large Drives and Motor systems, in accordance with company standards and project requirement.
●Preparing reports and design specifications for Siemens’ products and systems in accordance with client requirements and Siemens’ standard and procedures.
●Ensuring that all installation, repair, maintenance, and service procedures on Siemens’ drives systems are conducted with minimal disruption to operations.
●Maintaining technical information and documentation, ensuring that the product details are up to date.
• Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Function.
● Lead Maintanance / Commissioning activities for Electrical Equipments including HV/LV Switchgears, Power Transformers VFDs, PLCs, UPS and Battery chargers (Managing a team of 10 persons)
● Planning, Scheduling, proposal & management of various upgrading and Retrofit projects and shutdown / Turnaround activities. Leading shutdown activities.
● Overseeing installation & commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities.
● Troubleshooting, maintenance and immediate onsite support for customers for LV /HV panels, soft starters switchgears and electrical Equipments.
● Expertise in managing maintenance & projects functions for reducing breakdown / downtime & enhancing operational reliability of equipment and systems.
● Preparing of work procedures, Inspection test plan for electrical jobs at site

●Installation and commissioning and maintenance of Electrical Drives & Motor Controls ranging from LV Drives to Medium Voltage drives upto 33KV with capacities up to 15MW for various projects mainly in Oil & Gas Projects.
● Hoists, conveyors, pumps, fans other LV AC/DC motors, Drives and soft starters
● Maintenance of UPS systems, Battery banks & DC distribution systems.
● Operation & testing of HV/LV switchgear including primary injection test for CT, PT secondary injection test for protection relays
● Experience in conducting FAT and SAT tests and preparation of punchlist for various electrical equipments/projects according to IEC standards.
●Testing and commissioning of Distribution & Power Transformers up to 35MV including testing of protection circuit, oil dielectric strength test, oil filtration, temperature alarm and trip, oil level alarm and tripping.
● Working experience on equipments such as Earthling Transformers, NER, Instrument Transformers, Battery chargers/Rectifiers, Battery banks, Isolators/ Earthling switches, Surge diverters, LV switchgears and station safe guarding systems.
● Have knowledge and experience on classified equipment inspections and zone classification like for EX and hazardous areas like Exe, Exd, Exp, and IEC standards.
●Proficient and trained with various PTW and HSE Standards and LOTO procedures in Oil, Gas industries.
