Thesis Topic: Expatriates Adjustment in Creative culture: Exploring the path breaking process Description: The aim was to explore that what kind of challenges expatriates face on creativity front and what strategies they adopt to break their home country mental schemas when they move from less creative culture to high creative culture. Results indicate that three main challenges expatriates face in host country are lack of self-confidence, inflexible mental orientation and poor information handling. Results also highlight three major strategies such as cognitive adaptability, equanimity and amicability that help expatriates to adjust in host country’s creative culture.
