Handling FX Cash and Commodities Process.
Generation, tracking of all NDF trades.
Dealing with all major currencies such as GBP/EUR/USD/JPY and NDF Currencies.
Handling the operations involved in NDF trade Confirmations.
Identification and investigation of discrepancies and communicating to the front office with constant follow-up until final resolution.
Review and completion of the NDF confirmations matching.
Deal monitoring, timely escalation to middle and front office.
Maintaining daily log sheets and metrics for ensuring timely completion of day-to-day volumes, which is handled with utmost efficiency meeting SLA’s.
Responsible for generating MIS report and daily metrics reports required by top management of Deutsche Bank AG, London.
Updating NDF Currency Templates according to ISDA and EMTA.
Chasing Counterparties for NDF confirmations pending and prepare MIS report for all outstanding confirmations.
Setting Up and reviewing the master agreement for NDF trades.
Updating the DTP according to the client’s instructions.
NDF Reconciliation.
Involved in Crisis Action Plan.
Reviewing of time motion sheet to check whether SLA has been met for the entire portfolio
Preparation of FX Internal accounts status report.
Preparation & sending of Month end reports to the top level management
Conducting training sessions for the Starters and other team members on various systems and basic Concept of NDF.
