Preparation of financial statements according to IFRS procedures.
Generating Feasibility Report to evaluate Private Equity Investments, Mutual Funds, and presenting the same to the Chairmen and Group Finance Director on fortnightly and monthly basis using PowerPoint and spread sheets.
Preparation of monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis
Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates for focused analytic review, ensuring quality, accuracy and planning processes.
Monitoring and analyzing Investment performance in GCC Stock Markets, Mutual Funds and Interest Linked Coupons in US, Europe and Asia and to provide timely, accurate reporting against historical, budgeted, forecasted to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
Analyzing financial statements by using advanced Excel spread sheet, JDE 9.1, financial models and generating Investment Performance reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested by the management.
Consolidating management accounts of holding companies & managing the corporate treasury function.
Preparation of Financial statements and conducting yearly audit by KPMG leading to Sound Recordkeeping and extensive time management.
Developing Daily Reports on Movements of Shares listed in UAE and GCC countries and analyzing the same utilizing Microsoft Excel, Tally ERP and JDE software.
Ensuring profound acquaintance with the Financial Market (Local and International) and Feasibility Study on the same for Investment purposes.
Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance Projects as assigned by Management.
Assessing the GCC Listed shares for the Corporate Loan facilities capable of availing against these shares.
Cost apportioned and allocated to various Business Units as per the time sheets on a quarterly basis.
Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for assigned functional areas and operating in tandem with the Business Units to formulate Group Corporate Budget and Variance Analysis.
• Developing relationships with industry professionals and external organizations to understand current market trends and best practices and drive internal implementation
• Assess risk, and review global exposures and currency clauses on large deals.
