A. CONCIERGE
• Greet guests with a smile; sell tickets, suggest new released movies, inform timings, ratings and genre, verify authenticity of tickets, such as movie title and date issued
• Escort them from the reception all the way to the lounge, provide menus
• Checks the theatre auditorium before the first movie session starts; the seats, lights, screen, playback, sounds and fire exits
• Prepare theatre daily checklists, maintenance issues, log sheets, daily reports and laundry
• Accepts Theatre booking reservations and prepare guest’s requests for bookings
B. HOSTS
• Serve guests’ welcome drinks at the lounge while waiting for the movie to start, provide menu and take the order, repeat the orders with the special requests and timings when to serve, up sell and suggest sell when needed
• Assist guests to the theatre auditorium and inform how their seat works, offer pillows and blankets
• Enter order into POS, monitor timings of the guest’s food order and follow up from the kitchen
• Thank them after the movie and wish them a good day
C. BAR STAFF
• Responsible for all drink orders, make sure glasses are cleaned, equipment is wiped, dwindling stock is replenished
• Preparing every day backups such as; garnish, peeled fruits, welcome drinks and other items needed during operation
• Responsible for ordering stocks such as; glasses, fruits, syrups, juices etc.
• Responsible for the weekly and monthly stock take as well as the expiry date of each items at the bar
• Greet guests with a smile, escort them to tables, and provide menus
• Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to patrons.
• Arranges telephone and walk in reservations
• Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and requisitions table linens and other dining room supplies for tables and serving stations.
• Prepare beverages and expedite food orders.
• Greets passengers at the airport with a smiling face
• Keeps the record of the timings of flight arrivals and departures and guides passengers to the correct flights by making announcements using public messaging system
• Verifies documentation related to passenger departure
• Checks the passengers in, confirms their requested meals on-board, grants their preferred seats, and makes sure their baggage is tagged to the right destination
• Checks the documentation for all the international departures and ensuring that passengers comply with all the safety and security regulations
