I encode customer's data in the database. Read concerns and letters from customer's analyze the letter emailed by the customer. Give them feedback, processing their needs and giving solutions to their concern. And sending also a feedback letter to customers.
Answers call from customers who give complaints with the service and then afterwards...we check for the customers account and check for solutions and any accurate information that may help customers need and give customers satisfaction..
