We are providing library systems, robotics machineries, library management software, cataloguing, shelving and labelling services of the books and periodicals of the government library.
• Manages, motivates and leads the team to reach goals, targets and deadlines
• Assists on hiring and providing training to staff and assess their performances
• Coordinate with project managers regarding reports, meetings, deadlines and other matters that concerns the project
• Communicates and provide updates to higher management regarding deadlines, goals, team performance and quality control
• In charge of arranging overall process of receiving outbound and inbound shipments of our products to the site
• Ensures smooth operation process of the systems and coordinates with the engineers on daily basis

• Monitor the department’s sales pipeline monthly and coordinate with all the account managers in different offices regarding new and renewal sales in CRM sales system
• Sends monthly and quarterly pipeline report to all partners/vendors
• Design and prepares marketing campaign, product brochures and monthly product newsletters for the account managers and clients
• Monitors trial accounts and send reminders to all Account Managers
• Set up and performs training events (online and personal) to clients
• Attends monthly meeting with all account managers and superiors
• Assists account managers to reach sales target
UAE and Oman Market
Responsible on monitoring eResources sales flow (New and Renewals) in UAE and Oman market which includes Lower and Higher Education Industry, Government entities, Medical Institutions and corporate accounts
Aims to achieve company annual sales target
Promotes and demonstrates products and services, negotiates subscription and packages, provides product trial and provides quotations to clients
Contact prospects, targets and leads that can be converted to sales opportunities
Communicate and attend meetings with vendors/suppliers regarding products, prices, admin accounts, trials, opportunity updates, authorization letters, license agreements and other subscription related matters
Attends eResources product trainings and learns product knowledge updates
Support client’s technical requests on their eResources interface and admin account access
Plan and organize sales visits to clients and leads
Attends and participates in exhibitions, conferences and other networking events related to our products and services that can possibly help us generate opportunities and increase sales
Records sales opportunities, leads, client contact details, list opportunity updates and other important information in CRM (Customer Relation Management System)
Creates financial offer, renewal notices, package quotations, customer invoices and process final order (new business and renewals) in CRM
Controls important office documents like licenses, visas, immigration cards, labor cards and etc.
Creates file and prepares documents, badge, accommodation, appointment/offer letters for new hotel staff
Prepares office correspondence and other routinely reports for proper transmittal for various offices/departments
Monitor the daily schedule of the General Manager- HR & Corporate Affairs and furnish required information/documentation for meetings/appointments, by coordinating with sources within and outside the Department
Attends to routine administrative paper work and screen incoming mails and telephone calls, action responses, re-direct correspondence and collate to the appropriate person obtaining additional information when necessary
Assists the P.R.O with the visa processing for hotel guests and hotel staff
Prepares HR documents like leave applications, rejoining reports, leave salary vouchers, medical reimbursement and etc.
Develop and update the group of hotel’s staff list, staff accommodation lists, vacation status list and staff Occupational Health Cards
Prepares group monthly reports, accommodation maintenance orders and office stock requisitions
Screens resume’s and performs telephone interview and invitation for the potential hotel applicants for filling up the hotel’s manpower requirement
Records minutes of meetings of CEO, Group Director, General Managers and Head of Departments
Set up travel arrangements for junior, senior and management level staff
Coordinates with HR and Admin Departments of our hotel group which includes all the Landmark Hotels & Suites Properties which are:
