• Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITR through team.
• Verify with testing laboratory that all relevant test results related to specific ITR meets the project requirement.
• Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work in accordance with contract specifications, good construction practice and compliance with approved shop drawings & method statements.
• Make sure that material used on project comply with the approved Material Approval Request (MAR).
• Make sure that the Contractor's personnel are using the latest edition of the approved shop drawings, method statement (MS), quality control procedure (QCP) as per the project matrix index.
• Coordinating with inspector engineers and management frequently and resolve issues if any.
• Monitor daily reports, site test reports, and monitor of progress against project baseline.
• Closely monitor concrete pours and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedure, & ensure all concrete tests are carried out as per contract requirements.
• Review test results of construction materials such as soil, aggregate, concrete, all type of waterproofing materials etc.
• Controlling all Inspection through team of inspectors from Sub-Structure to super structure like PCC, Water Proofing and its Protection, Reinforcement work for Footing, Columns, Beams & slabs Etc.
• Verifying contractor monthly invoices for payment against actual work done.
• Preparing reports to assist resident Engineer for reporting to senior management and client.

• Monitor/Supervise of preparation of formation, laying of geo-textile and Sub-Base Layers, Curbs Stones and its Hunching, Light Poles, Radar Poles, Video Recorder Pole, Land Scaping both Hard & Soft, Parking Sheds.
• Monitor/Supervise construction activities for sewer line, storm water line and water line (digging of trench, preparation of formation, laying of geo-textile and granular bedding.

From Sept 2011 to 1 Oct 2011, working as a Project Engineer with M/s Jairaj projects Private Limited, , Edappally, Kochi, Kerala.
