Over the past years of experience in the field; I have gained tge experience to take a look over tge big picture. My focus is not limited to the going works on site only, but to take into consideration all aspects including the contract terms, budget, solving problems in creative ways, solid communications and transfer these skills other colleagues. By achieving that, all parties are winners.
Also, I have widened my professional community in positive friendly basis.
Despite the fact that I changed my direction in the work from contracting to consultant, this did not change my work aim to be one of the best in my field. My passion for gaining more experience took me to another level which allow me to dive into projects management world.
I found myself confident in decision making and able to achieve more positive results every passing day.
I gained more experience related to commercial and contractual matters related to the site. I rapidly built a good relation with my colleagues to improve the running works at site.
I was eager to learn in order to enhance my experiance in the field. I put myself in position of taking decisions in critical situations in work place in order to keep the stream of the work running.
I was successfully able to interfere with minor commercial and contractual issues which i successfully came on top.
I used to report to the Projects Director to update regarding site situation and prepare day-by-day plans of work.
As fresh-graduate civil engineer, the main objective I had to find and take advantage of every person I met to enhance my experiance in construction works.
In mearly a year perior, I have succeeded to understand the general idea of many facts related to planing, procedures and closing the various activities going on the site.
