• Improve ADSL Technology From Both ISP Perspective And Customer Perspective and Solve Any Customer Inquiry Related To ADSL Services
• Solve Physical cases Related To layer 1 and Layer 2
• Solve Logical cases Related To layer 3 to Layer 7
• Configure all ADSL Modems at Customer Side
• Handel Customer Problems Related to Any Technical Issue
• Create Tickets For Customers Problems And Escalate Case If needed to 2nd Level Support, NOC and IU
• Responsible for Hardware & Network Installation, Maintenance, network Support &Troubleshooting.
• Network administration (LAN / WAN / Voice/ Internet link and remote connectivity)
• Perform regular monitoring for network equipment’s.
• Monitor network performance and detect / solve bottleneck points.
• Perform and update of operational tasks documentations.
• Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting for any security issue.
• Provide security assessment reports.
• Apply Security Patches.
• Perform the required configuration for the security devices FW, IDS, Switches, Servers.
